Q: Whati is the deposit amount and when it is paid?
A: The deposit depends on the selected vehicle model. See the deposit amounts below:

The deposit is paid at the time of vehicle pick-up and can be paid by credit card, debit card, or in cash. The refund is processed immediately by Brutal Ride upon return of the vehicle, but depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes, full refunds are available if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the rental start date.
If cancelled within 7 days of the rental date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Q: Can I cross international borders with the motorcycle?
A: Yes, crossing borders is allowed with prior notice at the time of pick-up.
A cross-border fee of 5 € per rental day applies (charged for all days of the rental period).
Q: Is mileage limited?
A: Yes, mileage is limited and depends on the vehicle type. See the details below:

Q: Can I leave my personal luggage at your location?
A: Yes, we offer free luggage storage at our office for the duration of your rental.
Q: Is there an option to reduce or eliminate the damage liability (deductible)?
A: Yes, we offer three levels of insurance coverage which you can choose at the time of rental:
Basic Insurance – High damage liability (average 900-1300€
Premium CDW – Medium liability (typically 50% of Basic inurance )
Super Cover – Zero (0€) liability (no deductible).
To benefit from any insurance coverage, the renter must fully comply with all terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Otherwise, the renter remains fully liable for all damages.
